Where to see him: He has taken residency in Hanna Marin’s (Ashley Benson) basement as the dreamy bad-boy Caleb on the ABC Family hit series Pretty Little Liars!
Why we love him: Hanna’s friends may have given him the unruly title, but Caleb isn’t all that bad — it seems like he’ll do anything for Hanna. Aside from playing this intriguing Rosewood resident, Tyler has a lot of interaction with his fans via Twitter. He tweets them back as much as possible. Follow him @tylerjblackburn.
