Things are not looking good for Spencer this week. I feel so bad for her. Not only does her entire family not believe anything she says, but they know she’s terrified of Ian. Her parents know their daughter is terrified and continue to let Ian stay at the house. Isn’t he technically in trouble for being involved with an underage girl? Gross. Get him out! The police get a search warrant for Spencer’s room and leave with a bunch of her stuff. If that was me, I’d be freaking out. Not that I have anything to hide but the idea of people even moving my stuff pisses me off. Not worried about what they may find, Spencer warns the other girls that they could be next.
This is a good warning for Aria, who has tons of things connecting her to Ezra. She gathers up any hint of their relationship from her room, puts it in a purse and tells Emily to hide it in her locker. Is she serious with that? You KNOW that isn’t going to end well. You KNOW that A is trolling that school and breaking into lockers as it is. I can’t believe Aria would be that stupid. But, it’ll probably make for an interesting season finale. Aria is slipping up all over the place this week. She intends to send a flirty text to Fitzy and accidentally sends it to her mom. Eek. That’s so embarrassing. At least it wasn’t a sext. That would have been worse. When Aria won’t divulge who the mystery man is, her newly reunited parents end up fighting over it. It’s not long before they’re avoiding each other once again and Aria’s brother is pissed. Why don’t I trust that kid?
Hanna is in a gushy love mood over Caleb and their first night together and she’s thrilled when she discovers a hideous owl pendant in his bag. I guess to her that’s an adorable gift? Emily and Aria are skeptical of him when they overhear him on the phone with someone talking about Hanna. What they don’t know is that it’s Jenna. They try to convince Hanna to be careful but she’s in denial. Once she sees the owl pendant around Jenna’s neck she realizes the truth. Spencer spies Jenna with it and learns that it’s actually a flash drive. The girls think the two of them combined could be A and it gets worse for Hanna when she learns that Caleb’s locker combo is 214. When Hanna confronts Caleb about it, he tells her Jenna offered him cash to get information on her. Damn Caleb. We were all rooting for you. Hanna wants to confront Jenna on this latest batch of bitchery but instead? Slaps her so hard her glasses go flying across the girls bathroom. Go Hanna!
Spencer’s troubles are only getting worse. Ian bluntly hints to Spencer that he wants her to leave town. Yeah that would make his life so much easier wouldn’t it? What an ass. Why are Spencer’s parents so blind? Spencer thinks she’s in the clear until her mom comes home with some news. The cops did find something in Spencer’s room. Some fibers from the sweater Alison was wearing the night she was killed were in the name bracelet Spencer had. Did Ian plant that in there? Did Spencer have something to do with it and just doesn’t remember? With only two episodes left, things are getting crazy real fast.
