The tough-looking star-spangled boots clearly fitted the bill as the 19-year-old was being presented with a golden record in recognition for selling over 30,000 copies of her album, When The Sun Goes Down.
Still sporting her technicolor rainbow hair, which was this time styled in a chic blow-wave, Selena also slipped into a tiny pair of Daisy Dukes.
