Our favourite five boys had a close scare at a French train station after being mobbed by fans as they left Paris Gare Du Nord.
They took to Twitter after it all happened, with Harry Styles commenting on the event: “Hahaha Liam lost his shoe in the station. That was crazy!! Thanks for coming to see us.”
Zayn added: “Had a sick day in France today. The fans were #crazy! Thanks to everyone who came to say hi 
x”
Niall also tweeted: “all directioners united..everyone stick together! we’re all in this together.. wohoo”
“these things happen..part of what its about..it was really cool today in paris, and as directioners always do ..come out in hundreds..”
“if i ever look nervous..its coz i hate tight spaces..but dont worry , its all cool on my ends”
It became one of the biggest trending topics of the day with thousands if not millions of Directioners backing the boys and accusing the French fans of going over the top.
One fan in particular wrote earlier yesterday: “What happened today at Gare du Nord in Paris was completely terrifying. One Direction are medically okay though”.
