Two years ago it was One Direction who were wowing audiences on UK X Factor – and look where they are now.
Fast forward two years to now, and we’ve got two new boybands who have both progressed through to the live shows, ready for week 3 this weekend.

District3, formerly GMD3, comprise of Greg, Micky and Dan, and only just survived a sing-off last weekend after finding themselves in the bottom two.
The boys feel they’ve not had the best songs give to them by judge Louis Walsh so far, and are hopeful of a big bounce back this weekend.
The lads have a host of Facebook fan pages – similar to this one, and only the other night had two WORLDWIDE trends on Twitter about them.
Union J were formed when George Shelley joined the previously named group Triple J.

The band consist of Jamie Hamblett, Josh Cuthbert, Jaymi Hensley along with Hazza-lookalike George and you can like one of their Facebook fan pages here.
George Shelley is admittedly a bit of a looker and already proving a hit with the ladies, and our Harry Styles recently told Shelley to “Never cut your curls” if he wanted to remain a permanent pin-up.
Lol.
He recently spoke with Heatworld about both bands, saying:
“I think its good that there are two boybands because a lot of the time I don’t really think they want to put two of them through.”
