Joe Jonas and Shia LaBeouf Feuding Over Rihanna? Not So Fast…

While JOE JONAS filled in for the vacationing KIDD KRADDICK on this past weekend’s edition of THE HOLLYWOOD 5 he set the record straight about his reported feud with SHIA LABEOUF, gave a sneak peak on his upcoming tour with BRITNEY SPEARS, as well as played a few tracks off his upcoming album FASTLIFE in stores Oct. 11, 2011.

The rumor mill is swirling with reports that LaBeouf is upset with Jonas over an alleged “texting” relationship he’s having with pop star (and former LaBeouf fling), RIHANNA. Earlier in the week, LaBeouf and Jonas were photographed in Hollywood in what many considered a stare-down. Speaking to Kraddick’s co-host HYLA, Jonas laughed about the Shia LaBeouf feud and thought it was funny that two guys who don’t know each other are expected to innately know every celebrity they pass on street. Regarding the incident, Jonas stated, “We literally just passed each other. I just glanced at him. I didn’t know who he was.”

As far as texting Rihanna, Jonas said gossip reporters “just come up with this story out of nowhere.” The whole thing is, “unbelievable and hilarious”. Later in the show, Jonas revealed that he is currently single.

“Thanks for being so sweet to me,” he replies. “You’re really sweet to me.”

Before parting ways, the two hugged and posed for pictures. “I admire you,” Gomez continued to gush.

But so much for playing it cool. Once she’s back with her girlfriends, Gomez spins into fan-girl mode.

“He’s so cute,” she says. “Oh my gosh, he’s so handsome.”

Selena Gomez has a crush on Shia LaBeouf.

“A Year without Rain” singer isn’t attracted to a specific type of guy but has confessed she finds the ‘transformers’ star very sexy.

Selena said “I don’t have a perfect boy. I guess they need to be honest and they need to be some who can really be myself around. Although, if they look identical to Shia LaBeouf that would be great! You should be out having fun when you’re younger, not getting caught up in a committed relationship.”

Selena also revealed she doesn’t like going on dates.

“I don’t actually like dates. I get awkward as I never know what to do. I still get butterflies and wobbly legs around a boy I like. But the best thing is to be very open and don’t shut yourself off. Enjoy being young.”
