Hey, everyone! Demi Lovato’s 19th birthday is coming up August 20th, and we want to give you a chance to wish her a very special happy birthday. To show Demi how much you love her, you can create a personalized birthday treat for her. It can be a card, cake, cupcakes… anything! Send a picture of your homemade treat to us, along with your first name and state, at mail@bopandtigerbeat.com (subject: Demi’s Birthday). The rules are the picture has to be appropriate, it can’t have any people in it and it can’t be taken off another website. Show us you made it just for Demi by putting her name on it!
Here’s the contest part: Three finalists will be chosen from all of the submissions, and you can vote for the winner on Demi’s birthday!
